另外，網絡營商達人Hinz 亦會由淺入深地講解如何建立網上商店，及介紹各種網絡營銷的小工具！

今次講座亦邀請到在英國及香港都有多年執業經驗的英國執業律師 Mr. James O’Connell 解答大家在英國嘅營商相關法律問題。

【Free in-person workshop in Brighton and Hove】- Renting a shop or start an online business

Hong Kong Business Hub is back in Brighton & Hove! We are partnering with the Brighton & Hove City Council and the Business & IP Centre Brighton & Hove to host our 3rd free business workshop in town! We welcome everyone in Brighton and Hove who is hoping to start a business or grow an existing business.

If you are considering whether to start an online business or have a physical store, but don’t know where to start, we are here to help! We have invited Lowell, a shop owner inBrighton who has been running his business for nearly 2 years, to share his insight and experience on commercial property renting, which includes how to choose a suitable property, what are the hidden costs and what to pay attention to when signing leasing contracts.

We have also invited Hinz, an e-commerce expert, to share how to build your own online shop from scratch. He will also  some useful tools for online marketing.

Last but not least, we have invited Mr. James O’Connell, a commercial solicitor who has experience in both Hong Kong and the U.K., to answer questions related to commercial law in the U.K.

The workshop will include:

• Understanding rent and hidden cost
• Leasing contract
• Creating an online shop platform
• Useful online business tools
