Terms and Conditions
Hong Kong Hub Ltd. (hereinafter as “HKBH”, and “us”) provides related services for Food & Beverage Entrepreneurship in the UK (hereinafter referred to as “the service”) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. When you start the service application procedures of HKBH, it is to be regarded that you have read, understood and agree to accept all the contents of this clause, and fully accept the current and future derivative service items and contents of this service and the Terms and Conditions of this website.
HKBH reserves the right to modify or change the Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised Terms and Conditions will be published on the website and will not notify applicants individually. Applicants are advised to pay attention to such modifications or changes at any time. When an applicant continues to use this service after any modification or change, it is deemed that the applicant has read, understood, and agreed to accept such modification or change. If you do not agree to any of the above, the applicant should immediately stop using the service. We are not obliged to notify applicants through one-to-one text messages, letters or other means.
In the case of any disputes, HKBH reserves the right of final decision.
ACCEPTANCE OF APPLICATIONS

HKBH reserves the right to refuse any application at any time without disclosing any reason.

All applications are subject to availability.

An applications should only be deemed to be accepted when HKBH issues a confirmation.
COURSE FEE
-
Course fee must be paid in full before the date of the service.
-
Course fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Successful applicants shall be responsible for all costs incur in connection with their attendance at any classes and visits or their access onto any online classes.
SUPPLY OF SERVICE
-
HKBH shall use reasonable endeavours to supply the service to successful applicants in accordance with these Terms and Conditions in all material respects but reserves the right to change the service content at any time and without notice.

HKBH shall use reasonable endeavours to meet any specified training dates, but any such dates shall be anticipated dates only and may be subject to alteration.

HKBH reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions if necessary to comply with any applicable law or regulatory requirement, or if the amendment will not materially affect the nature or quality of the service, and HKBH shall notify successful applicants in any such event.

Notwithstanding the above sub-clauses, HKBH reserves the right to cancel service at any time, without incurring additional liability to the applicants. In such circumstances, HKBH will offer (at its sole discretion) alternative dates.
APPLICANT’S OBLIGATIONS
The applicant shall:

Cooperate with HKBH in all matters relating to the service;

Provide HKBH, its employees, agents, consultants and subcontractors, with any information which may reasonably be required by HKBH in the organisation of the service, including, but not limited to, details in respect of the applicants and ensure that such information is complete and accurate in all material respects; and
PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you apply for the service, it will be necessary for HKBH to obtain certain information from you. The personal data provided to HKBH as required will be used by the HKBH in relation to the following activities:

Processing and counter-checking of your application for the service;

Activities/matters related to the communication or exchange of views with the applicant for the purpose of services administration; and
-
Statistics and research.
We will treat this as personal data for the purposes of data protection law. HKBH will collect, hold and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All intellectual property rights in or arising out of or in connection with the service, including any associated training materials shall be owned by HKBH.

No reproductions, scans or copies (wholly or in part) shall be made of the Training Material without the prior written consent of HKBH.
LIABILITY

HKBH may contain information provided by third parties or sourced by us from business information sources and other references or sources. HKBH is not responsible if any such information is not up-to-date. We do not separately verify the information provided by such a third party or agency and you are cautioned thus to the reliability and accuracy of the Information accordingly. We do not accept any responsibility whatsoever in respect of any such information. Any use of and reliance on such information is at your own risk.

HKBH shall have no liability to you or to any other third party for any loss of profit, or any special, incidental or consequential damages (however arising, including negligence) arising out of, or in connection with services, benefits and/or products supplied by HKBH or any company associated with HKBH.

The applicant shall not at any time be obliged to act on any information, suggestion, advice or guidance given by HKBH’s employees, the course teachers, lecturers and guest speakers as part of the service, but if and to the extent that it does so, it shall do so at its own risk.

No part of the provision of the services shall be deemed to be, nor is it intended to be, nor should it be taken to be, the provision of investment advice. The applicant is advised to take independent financial, legal or other appropriate professionals (if relevant) before acting on any information, suggestion, advice or guidance given by HKBH’s employees, the course teachers, lecturers and guest speakers.

HKBH is not liable to the course teachers, lecturers, guest speakers, applicants or to any third party for any loss, damage, costs or liabilities suffered as a result of this agreement, the existence of the relationships between the parties, the service or the act or omissions of the course teachers, lecturers, guest speakers, and applicants.
CONFIDENTIALITY
“Confidential Information” means information provided by one party to the other in written, graphic, recorded, machine readable or other form concerning the business, clients, suppliers, finances and other areas of the other party’s business or products, including, without limitation, the course materials, but does not include information in the public domain other than through the default of the party disclosing the information, information required to be disclosed by any court or regulatory authority, or any information already in the possession or control of the disclosing party.

Each party shall keep the other party’s Confidential Information strictly confidential and not use it otherwise than for the purposes of these terms and conditions, and shall return it on demand and not retain copies of it.

This clause shall continue notwithstanding termination of these terms and conditions.
TERMINATION
HKBH is entitled to terminate these terms and conditions and cease to provide applicants with any services with immediate effect in the event that an applicant:
-
fails to pay the course fee;
-
acts in an aggressive, bullying, offensive, threatening or harassing manner towards any employee of HKBH, any course teacher, lecturer and guest speaker who provides the service or any student who attends any course;
-
cheat or plagiarise any work which you are required to prepare or submit in connection with the services;
-
steal or act in fraudulent or deceitful manner towards HKBH or its employees or any other students who may be attending our courses;
-
intentionally or recklessly damage our property or the property of our employees or other students attending our premises;
-
are in breach of these terms and conditions.
